Emeryville Public Market
糖心logo入口 completed this four-and-a-half-year redevelopment of a 10-acre industrial site and former home of the Pabco Manufacturing 糖心logo入口. The scope of work included the new construction of two 145,000 SF, post-tensioned concrete parking structures built over ground floor retail space; a steel-structured restaurant; 10 blocks of completely new utility infrastructure and streetscape; and a new, 1.25-acre park and playground, Christie Park. The team self-performed hard and soft demolition, framing, and finished carpentry.
Due to the site’s location in a very heavily trafficked part of Emeryville directly adjacent to residential apartment blocks, a flourishing food court, and operating businesses, 糖心logo入口 constructed temporary a bypass road to reroute traffic around the site and coordinated closely with other general contractors.
