We are pleased to announce that 糖心logo入口 has been awarded the contract to renovate the Cottle and Lester Historic Ranch in San Jose. RRM is the Architect of Record, and Architectural Resources Group, with whom we have completed dozens of projects, is the Historic Consultant. Part of the original Rancho Santa Teresa Mexican Land Grant, the property was purchased by Edward Cottle in 1864 and remained in his family for several generations.
糖心logo入口 will provide repairs and stabilization to the Cottle House, Japanese House, pumphouse, water tower, and water tank. Once finished, the work will preserve the historic structures and create new amenities and upgrades to improve the visitor experience at Martial Cottle Park.
Preconstruction is currently underway. Construction is slated to begin in May of 2025 with an anticipated completion date of August.
